What is MiniKin?
MiniKin is a home décor and lifestyle brand from India that makes cute, character-led décor and everyday objects with a useful purpose. Every piece is designed in Gurugram, manufactured in Indore and 3D printed. Character planter pots are available now; desk, bedside and bottle-set designs are coming soon.
Do MiniKin planters come with a plant?
No. MiniKin planters are sold without a plant. Each box contains one character planter pot and one removable plant bucket, so you can add an indoor plant of your own. Plants shown in our photos are for styling only.
What size are MiniKin planters, and which plants fit?
MiniKin planter pots are about 6 inches (15 cm) tall and suit small indoor plants. The plant bucket is 2 inches for the Festival Moon Planter and 3 inches for the Headphone Planter, so check your plant’s size before planting.
Do MiniKin planters have a drainage hole?
Yes. Every MiniKin planter pot has a drainage hole, and the plant bucket lifts out for easy watering. The planters are made for indoor use with indoor plants.
How long does MiniKin delivery take in India, and is shipping free?
MiniKin orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 days, and shipping is free across India with no minimum order. Orders ship through Shiprocket’s courier partners, and tracking details are sent once your order is dispatched. Bulk orders of 10 pieces or more carry a shipping charge. Read the Shipping Policy.
What happens if my MiniKin arrives damaged or wrong?
If your MiniKin arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video. The unboxing video is required; photos alone are not accepted. For an approved claim we send a replacement within 10 days. Contact us.
What is included in a MiniKin character bottle set?
A MiniKin character bottle set includes three things: the bottle, a 3D-printed character carrier and a carrying strap. Bottle sets are coming soon and are not on sale yet.
Can I order MiniKin planters in bulk?
Yes. Bulk orders start at 10 pieces and suit corporate and event gifting, with MiniKin branding or your own. Shipping is charged on bulk orders. Fill in the bulk order enquiry form with the design, quantity and delivery city, and we will reply with availability and a quote. Go to the bulk order form.
What are MiniKin planters made of, and how do I care for one?
MiniKin planters are 3D printed in PETG, and the colours are printed into the piece, not hand painted. Fine layer lines are a normal part of 3D printing. Wipe your planter with a soft cloth, keep it away from direct heat, give the plant gentle morning sunlight only, and do not overwater.
Which payment methods does MiniKin accept?
MiniKin accepts UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking, processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.
Can I cancel or return my MiniKin order?
You can cancel a MiniKin order any time before it is dispatched, and the amount is refunded within 48 hours. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns for a change of mind; we replace products that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Does MiniKin ship outside India?
Yes. MiniKin accepts international orders, with shipping charged according to the destination. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the shipping cost for your address. Contact us.
