Shipping policy

Shipping within India
Shipping is free on every order within India. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery time
Orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 days of ordering. Delivery to remote areas, or during festivals and bad weather, can take a little longer.

Courier and tracking
We ship through Shiprocket's courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent to the email address or phone number you gave at checkout.

Payment
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking, processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.

Bulk orders
Orders of 10 pieces or more are bulk orders. Shipping is charged on bulk orders and is quoted with your order.

International orders
We accept international orders. Shipping is charged according to the destination. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the shipping cost for your address.

Address and delivery attempts
Please check your address, PIN code and phone number before placing the order. To correct them, contact us before the order is dispatched. If a delivery cannot be completed because of a wrong address or because nobody was available, the courier may return the parcel to us; we will contact you to arrange delivery again.
